Dan has been a building superintendent for Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. since 2002. He is experienced in the operation of HVAC systems, elevators, boiler, refrigeration and all related maintenance dilemmas within office buildings. He consistently attends seminars and workshops sponsored by BOMA and equipment manufacturers to keep updated on the latest maintenance and service techniques.
Background
Dan has experience in HVAC System sales and service and operated his own sheet rock business. Dan is also a trained welder and locksmith.
Personal
Dan is married and has seven children. In his spare time, Dan enjoys fly fishing, leatherworking and also camping with his family.
