Mark has over fifteen years experience in the building mechanical maintenance industry. Mark has obtained several certifications. Mark’s experience is with HVAC systems, elevators, boiler, refrigeration and all maintenance dilemmas within office buildings.

Prior to joining Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. in 1999, Mark worked for Cushman & Wakefield in the same capacity. He is currently enrolled in classes working towards an Associates Degree in Facilities Maintenance. He has worked in diverse areas of the real estate industry.
