Experience

Adam Bean is a commercial real estate broker and advisor with deep experience representing office, medical, and dental users, landlords, and investors throughout the Portland metropolitan area and Southwest Washington. Since joining Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. in 2018, Adam has built a reputation for executing complex leasing, acquisition, and disposition strategies with precision and professionalism, with a strong emphasis on long-term value creation, capital deployment, and risk management.

Adam is a designated member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a credential held by the industry’s top professionals globally, and a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He also serves as the Managing Broker for Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. in Washington State, overseeing licensing and compliance across the firm’s regional operations.

Above all, Adam is known for his commitment to clarity, communication, and client advocacy –  ensuring each deal is not just completed, but thoughtfully executed in service of the client’s long-term objectives.

Background

Adam holds a Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound, where he studied business and economics and was a four-year member of the men’s golf team. With licenses in both Oregon and Washington, he brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective and a solutions-oriented mindset to every assignment.
