Adam joined Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. in 2018 after starting his career as a Development Associate for a Bellevue, WA-based developer. Adam provides expert representation to landlords, tenants, and investors across the Portland area. His services include leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic analysis, all aimed at maximizing value, managing risk, and optimizing capital allocation for his clients. Adam holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and NAIOP. His approach is built on communication, trust, and diligence, ensuring that his clients’ real estate decisions align with their long-term goals. Whether navigating complex transactions or identifying growth opportunities, Adam is committed to delivering strategic solutions and exceptional service.

 Background

Adam graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor’s degree from the Business Leadership Program and a minor in Economics. During his time at Puget Sound, he was a four-year member of the Men’s Golf Team. He went on to earn a Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Portland State University and has since become a designated member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Adam holds both an Oregon and Washington Broker Real Estate License and serves as the Managing Broker for Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. in Washington State.
